Led a team of project managers, product & subject matter experts to drive tool & technology selection (B2B SaaS), design, customer research & experience, change management across functions in a matrix organization. Managing digital innovation projects (agile framework) and strategic support across the global compliance management system portfolio, including monitoring, KPIs, and budgeting & cost control.

Led multiple projects supporting Merck business divisions - Life Science, Electronics & Healthcare, Innovation Center. My projects ranged from Target Operating Model for digital products' value chain, digital maturity assessment across manufacturing sites network, digital operations tool for distributed & remote teams as well as multiple Ideation & inception projects within the Merck Innovation Center.

Here I was instrumental in creating commodity demand and supply models and in conducting due diligence studies for PE firms. Other key projects included studying market dynamics, target competitiveness and growth potential of a potential acquisition in the metals and alloys manufacturing industry.

This role mainly included conducting secondary market & customer research for diverse industries to support the forensic consulting arm of one of the big 4 auditing firms.
